Shipping costs, anywhere in Canada 

• Free with any purchase of $85 or more in Qc and Ontario and free with any purchase of $125 for the rest of Canada (before taxes).
  * Wedding, private label candles & wholesale prices: delivery charges apply.

• Flat rate of $10 for any purchase of less than $85 for Quebec and Ontario.

• Flat rate of $10 for any purchase of less than $125 for shipments elsewhere in Canada.

Any package returned to IVOIRE because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be redirected at the customer's expense.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Please note for Dough bowl order it takes 5 to 7 open days process it.

Shipping
We ship to Canada and the United States. Your package will be shipped to you by Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, Loomis, UPS, GLS or FedEx.

Delivery time
1 to 3 business days after the package is shipped for order in Quebec and Ontario and up to 5 open days for the rest of Canada. We are not responsible for delivery times or delays from our carriers.
